"Hello Einsteinette!", I heard my dad saying it to me while waking me up.Yeah, here it goes now. I have to watch his lame, tedious, and annoying inventions.
"Good morning Dad", I said yawning.
"Morning? It's eight! You should really wake up earlier next time! I mean it".
He wants me to wake up at eight, no earlier. This is my summer! Can't I just at least hang out in the beach? But no, I have to watch his lame, boring inventions.
"Hey! I baked cookies. Don't move.I'll be right back"
Yes, like im going to run away, I wish I would. He ran, came back excitedly and handed me a plate of cookies which was shaped like a square and there were words written. I read it and it said "Invent More". WHAT?!
"Wow, Dad it's really nice", I lied but it did taste nice.
"Really? I didn't know how to write on the cookie, so I invented a machine that writes on food like cakes, cookies, and more",he laughed.
"Haha. Yeah dad...invent", huh this is soo over.
"Oh, and one more thing. Stay away from the basement unless for emergencies, Or you know what? Just stay away from the basement", he said, hesitating.
"Why?", I was so confused.
"Top secret. No.. Just .. Have to go", he said.
"Where?", I asked.
"Got to buy more metal and machinaries and carbon dioxide so I can reactivate the..." he said, but I interrupted.
"I get it dad".
"Bye Einsteinette!"
He took his wallet and walked throught the door.
"Hey! Be careful OK? And remember don't!".
"Go to the basement, I won't dad Ok!"
I just want to get this over with! He opened the door and left. What on earth is he up to?
The Coward Girl In a Time Machine Chapter 1 By Haya Qadi

Life has a meaning, but we all don't know what its meaning and its point. But for me, life has no point at all. As for my dad, who is an inventor, he invents lame stuff. I always have to watch him invent stuff which is boring. He invents and ,at the same time, teaches me or explains to me what his invention is. He also teaches me physics, which is beyond my level, and algebra ,the way Albert Einstein calculates.
Another thing is that he wakes me up in the morning so that I can't miss his invention and he also wants me to talk to him while he's inventing. But funny thing about him is that when I do talk to him, he goes like "Stop blabbering to your own self, I'm trying to concentrate".
What am I ,a machine or something? Fathers are suppose to have time for their children; but my dad only has time for his inventions. I mean seriously, what kind of person would work twenty hours and leave four hours of sleep?

"Be careful, darling! Don't forget to look both ways while crossing the Thunderpath (road). And watch out for four-legs (cars) and Heartlesses!" Haku advised Kairi.
"Aaaah...!" Kairi screamed as she fell.
Suddenly, a bright light floated around her and she descended slowly. The bright light, in her opinion, must be a light of an innocent, pure and noble spirit.
"Kairi..." the spirit whispered, soothingly, into Kairi's ears.
"Father?" Kairi asked, unintentionally.
"Yes, my ocean?" Haku answered.
"It is you! I have really missed you!" Kairi said.
"My dearest darling, how did you recognise me?" Haku asked.
"Your scent makes me flashback to my kit times!" Kairi answered playfully.
"I proud of you," Haku said,"for you have such a large memory!"
"Isn't Mother supposed to be with you?" Kairi asked.
"No, She's still alive. Your mother went out hunting and a kittysitter, who looked just like your mother, took care of you." Haku replied cooly.
"WHAT!?" Kairi shouted.
"Nevermind, I'll explain it on the way," Haku answered,"the exit is not far from here."
Kairi obeyed her father and they shared tongues about each other's life.

My parents are going to go to Malaysia and I'm left alone with my brothers... I'll have to take care of them for 5 days! Oh well! Babysitting is not a hard thing, but it's hard to be "parentless" for five days! I the kind of person who can't live without parents without getting parentsick! I know that it's going to be hard, but I'll try! I know what you all are thinking... I'm talking alone... You know, I think that it'll be both advantage and disadvantage. That's all for now. Sayonara... (Sobx3.. : < )
"Biz! Diz!" shouted Kairi.
"Well lookie!", said Diz in excitement,"She knows our name!".
"She reminded me of a cat..." muttered Biz.
"Well, that's because the cat was my father!" retorted Kairi.
"HA! You mean the what-his-name suicidal cat?" interrogated Diz.
"Heh,heh, heh. He was an idiot. But, he got most of our tribe to death. So, we'll take revenge by killing you instead!" Biz growled.
Kairi turned around and started running. Biz and Diz have hurt her more than the "Three Katties" had. Inside her heart, she forgave the "Three Katties". The "Heartlesses" filled her heart with hatred, agony, love of the dead ones and revenge. But what can a kit do to two psychopaths? She ran and ran as fast as she could. But what Kairi didn't know is that they had led her to the same pit; the pit where her father fell in to his doom...
"RUN!" shouted Katty.
Kairi's joyful time in Daffodils Valley was interrupted. From the distant horizon, she heard a strange noise; the same one like in her nightmare. Could it be...
"Heartlesses!", wailed Kitty,"And there are two of them!"
"WHAT!" shouted Kairi in disbelief.
As Kairi turned around, the Heartlesses were just a few pawsteps away. They looked seriously familiar...
